Ganchev Solutions is the brand used on this website by founder Stoyan Ganchev, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This policy covers this website. Data handling for any client engagement will be addressed separately before that work begins.

Information you enter

The enquiry form lets you enter your name, email address, optional company name, service preferences and a message. These details are used in your browser to prepare a draft for you to review.

Until you choose Send, your draft is held temporarily in your browser. Leaving the enquiry page or reloading it clears the website’s copy. Sending a request does not book an appointment.

When you choose Send, your name, email address, optional company name, message and selected service, programme, package or call preferences are transmitted securely to our website’s hosting provider, Vercel. A server function validates the request and sends it through Hostinger Mail to our business mailbox at stoyan@ganchevsolutions.com. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond to you.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and follow up on the work you are considering. We do not create a contact database, sign you up for marketing or send an automatic reply to your email address. Enquiry emails and subsequent correspondence are kept as needed to respond and follow up. Our hosting and email providers may process information outside your country.

If you choose to copy your enquiry, the text is placed on your device’s clipboard. Copied text and any browser autofill records are controlled by your device or browser and are not cleared by this website.

Cookies, tracking and AI tools

The website’s own code does not set cookies or include analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social-media widgets. Fonts and images are served with the website. Form details are not sent to AI tools or used by this website to train AI models.

Vercel may process your IP address and technical request information for hosting, security and rate limiting. The form also uses a hidden field to help detect automated submissions. Your browser and our hosting and email providers may keep technical records under their own settings and policies.

Email and external links

Email links let you compose a message in your email app. Messages you choose to send are handled through your email provider and our business mailbox. Opening an email link does not send a message or submit your enquiry draft.

Links to external websites take you to another service. That service’s privacy policy applies to its own handling of your information. Opening a link does not submit your enquiry draft. You choose what to share if you contact us through another platform.

Your choices and privacy questions

You can edit your draft before sending or copying it, or leave the enquiry page to discard an unsent draft. Clearing the draft does not remove an enquiry already sent. Please avoid entering passwords or sensitive personal or customer information.
