About this website

This website presents Ganchev Solutions and its founder Stoyan Ganchev, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It explains three areas of work: AI Audits & SME Adoption, Private AI Advisory and AI Solutions Studio.

These terms cover use of the website. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering the work you choose.

Enquiries and booking

You can prepare and review an enquiry or call request before choosing Send. Choosing a programme, preparing a draft or copying it does not send a message. A successful submission means the email service has accepted your request for sending; it does not guarantee delivery to our inbox.

Sending an enquiry or call request does not confirm an appointment, place an order, create a contract or create an obligation to pay. Call arrangements are confirmed separately. No payments are taken through this website.

Scope, fees and arrangements

Programme and package descriptions explain the intended work. Prices marked “From” are starting prices; the final fee depends on the agreed scope. A custom solution requires an agreed project scope and quote.

Before work starts, the written agreement will set out the deliverables, timing, fee and relevant payment, cancellation, rescheduling, confidentiality and ownership arrangements. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement.

Using the website and its content

You may browse this website and use its information to consider our services. Please use it lawfully, avoid disrupting its operation and only share information you are entitled to provide.

Branding and content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Do not present Ganchev Solutions branding or materials as your own. Obtain permission for reuse where required by law.

Examples labelled “Illustrative” describe possible scenarios. They are not verified client testimonials or promises of a particular result. Information on this website is general and does not replace advice tailored to your circumstances.

AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and require appropriate review before use. Specific outcomes, performance targets and acceptance criteria belong in the agreed scope of work.

External services and your rights

External platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy explains the current website’s handling of information.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Changes to these website terms do not by themselves change an existing written client agreement.
