How we work

We start with one question you want to resolve: which AI tool to choose, why a prompt is not working, or whether AI could help with a particular task. We look at your current approach, goals and constraints.

Together, we compare the relevant options and work through an example where useful. We explain the trade-offs in plain language, then agree a sensible next step and what you need to check before acting.

What you receive

• A focused review of your question, with the main options and trade-offs explained.
• A concise decision note with our recommended direction and the reasons behind it.
• Practical next steps, including any information you should gather before making the decision.

How we work

We choose recurring tasks from your own work, such as writing emails, preparing meetings, summarising documents or researching a topic. We help you choose suitable AI tools and show you how to use them on those tasks.

You practise giving clear instructions, adding useful context and checking the results. Together, we refine the approach and turn it into steps you can repeat on your own.

What you receive

• Practical ways to handle two selected tasks in a half-day, or up to four in a full-day.
• Reusable prompts and step-by-step workflows tailored to those tasks.
• Clear checks for accuracy and usefulness, plus a practice plan to build the routines into your day.

The full-day option can be split into two 3-hour sessions.

How we work

We clarify who you want to reach, what you want to say and how your brand should sound. Using your own content and business information, we show you how to give AI the context it needs to produce relevant drafts.

You practise turning an idea or source material into content, then editing it for voice, clarity and accuracy. We review your work together and build a repeatable process from the first idea to a checked draft.

What you receive

• A brand voice brief covering your audience, tone and key messages, ready to reuse with AI.
• One repeatable content workflow with reusable prompts, templates and sample content created during the sessions.
• A short content plan showing what to create next and how to use the workflow.

You create and review the content with guidance, so you can repeat the process yourself.

How we work

We choose one task you want help with, such as preparing briefings, drafting in your writing style or working with your reference documents. Together, we configure a personal assistant in an existing AI platform, with clear instructions and suitable source material.

We test it on realistic examples, identify weak answers and improve the instructions. You learn how to check its responses, update its reference material and adjust it as your needs change.

What you receive

• One configured personal AI assistant for the agreed task, in an existing platform.
• Reusable instructions and test examples you can use to check and improve its responses.
• A practical guide to using, updating and maintaining the assistant yourself.

Best with some familiarity with AI tools. Integrated production systems are scoped through AI Solutions Studio.

How we work

We look at how you run your business and choose three recurring routines where AI could help. These might include preparing proposals, organising client work or handling everyday administration. We select a small set of suitable tools around your priorities.

Together, we practise each routine using your own examples, create reusable templates and work through how to check the results. We review what works in practice and fit the routines into a manageable working week.

What you receive

• Three AI-assisted business routines, with clear steps you can follow and review yourself.
• Reusable templates for those routines and a focused tool shortlist explaining what to use for each task.
• A 30-day operating plan showing how to put the routines into practice and review what is working.

The routines use existing tools, with you providing inputs and approving the results.

How we work

We focus on one AI decision you are responsible for, such as choosing a tool, deciding whether to build or buy, or selecting a use case to test. We review your goals, the information available and the practical constraints.

Together, we compare the options, question the expected benefits and consider costs, data needs and the people involved. We agree what should happen next, how a small pilot could be assessed and what evidence would justify moving forward.

What you receive

• A decision memo summarising the recommendation, reasoning and criteria used to compare your options.
• A pilot brief describing what to test, the scope and the measures of success.
• A 90-day action plan with priorities, decision points and practical next steps.

The package covers the decision and plan. Building the pilot is agreed separately.
